This globe is mounted on a beautiful single post wood stand featuring a multi-directional meridian that will enable you to rotate the globe left or right and turn the globe up or down for easy and full viewing. Whether identifying places of travel or current events, this globe makes an excellent functional decor piece for any for home, office, or library with its clear & easy to read cartography. The cord exits the globe at the attachment between the globe and meridian at the south pole and includes an inline switch to quickly turn the globe on and off.
