School Purchases

We accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, government institutions, and other qualified not-for-profit organizations that exceed $200 and allow net 30 day terms. For smaller orders, please other forms of payment via our site.

Please include the following with your correspondence:

• Contact Name
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Billing Name & Address
• Shipping Address
• Tax ID
• Purchase Order Number
• Authorized signature
• Item Names / Numbers & Quantity – You can also add the items to your wish list or shopping cart with quantities and include with your submission.

Please send your purchase order to Customer Support at support@ultimateglobes.com. Purchase orders may also be mailed to the following address, which is also the remittance address for payments.

• Expect to receive order & shipment confirmations when placing orders and when the orders have shipped. This assumes the inclusion of a valid email address.

• Payments on purchase orders are due within 15 days of delivery
