There are a few areas where the raised parts are a little scuffed, and the taping over the equator could be cleaner. Otherwise it’s a really cool globe. I was worried about the weight of it based on other reviews but it seems substantial enough. The base is metal, not plastic. It was a gift for my 14yo and he really likes it.
Bought globe to help plan travels, and have something tangible to use.
Selection was wonderful, and selected the right color, for me.

Pictures don't do it justice - this globe is BEAUTIFUL! Seams are aligned perfectly, the feel of the globe is outstanding, and the base is heavy enough that you can interact with the globe without fear of it tipping over. Wish I had ordered it sooner because I am A FAN
