The Vertigo Globe (classic antique ocean) is a 15-inch illuminated floor standing globe featuring political landmass mapping and classic antique ocean stylings with 1,000's of up-to-date geographic points of reference, boarders & topographical features. When illuminated the internally located light enhances the cartographic features making many of them stand out and easier to read, along with exposing some cartographic features such as old ship routes not seen when illumination is off.

This globe is mounted on a beautiful modern styled single polished metal post stand with hardwood base featuring an inclination mount that will enable you to rotate the globe left or right. Whether identifying places of travel or current events, this globe makes an excellent functional decor piece for any for home, office or library with its clear & easy to read cartography. The cord exits the globe at the base and includes an inline switch to easily turn the globe on and off.

I have been collecting alot of globes for alot of years. I’m very selective. This one is simple beautifully designed enhances any room particularly the modern design. It’s very well-made, the base is walnut which they don’t mention, and added plus.It’s a lovely soft light to leave on through the night. The globe itself is at the perfect height for children and adults alike and the color tone is perfect it. comes with a practical foot switch. The ark of the metal post it’s perfect must’ve been done by a gifted designer.
